This Privacy Policy explains how Solid Rock Strategies LLC, doing business as A-Radar ("Company," "we," "us"), handles information in connection with the A-Radar software and the aradartrading.com website. A-Radar is designed to be local-first: most of your information stays on your own device, and we collect as little as practicable.
our third-party billing provider (Whop). We receive limited information needed to provision and validate your license (such as your email, order/license identifiers, and subscription status). We do not receive or store your full payment-card details; those are handled by the payment processor.

our backend service transiently processes the authorization code to obtain access/refresh tokens, which are then delivered to your device and stored there. We do not retain your brokerage tokens on our servers beyond that brief handoff, and we do not collect your trades, positions, orders, or account balances on our servers.
balance, and any email-alert (SMTP) credentials you configure are stored **on your own device**, under your control, and are not transmitted to or stored by us.

We use information to: provide, maintain, and validate your license; perform the brokerage authorization handshake; provide support; process billing through our provider; secure and improve the Software and website; and comply with legal obligations.
We share information only as needed with: our payment/billing provider (Whop); your brokerage (e.g., Webull), at your direction, to establish your connection; and our infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting and DNS such as Render and Cloudflare) that operate our backend and website. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. **We do not sell your personal information.**
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Software, validate licenses, and meet legal, accounting, or security obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS in transit and restricted file permissions for any on-device secrets. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your device, credentials, and license key.
Depending on your state of residence (for example, under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, contact us at support@aradartrading.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
The Software and website are not directed to, and may not be used by, individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
A-Radar is intended for users in the United States, and information is processed in the United States.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the version and effective date above.
