Version 1.0 — Effective June 21, 2026
This Risk Disclosure is provided by Solid Rock Strategies LLC, doing business as A-Radar ("Company," "we," "us"), and is incorporated into and forms part of the A-Radar End User License Agreement & Terms of Service. Please read it carefully before purchasing or using the Software.
**Trading options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.** Options are complex instruments: an option buyer may lose the entire premium paid in a short period, and short-dated options (including same-day or "0DTE" options) in particular can lose most or all of their value within hours. The risk of loss in trading securities, including options, can be substantial. You should carefully consider whether such trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition, experience, and objectives.
**Trade only with risk capital — money you can afford to lose entirely without changing your standard of living.** Do not trade with funds needed for living expenses, emergencies, education, or retirement.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their results. A-Radar executes a rule set that you enable, configure, and supervise on your own brokerage account. Neither the Software nor the Company selects investments for you, monitors your suitability, or bears any responsibility for your profits or losses.
Before trading options, read the Options Clearing Corporation's *Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options* (the options disclosure document, or "ODD"), available from your broker or at theocc.com.
A-Radar is a software tool. It is not, and does not provide, investment advice.
Solid Rock Strategies LLC is not a registered investment adviser, not a broker-dealer, and not a financial planner, and is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, the CFTC, the NFA, or any state securities regulator in any capacity. No employee, owner, or agent of the Company is acting as your fiduciary.
Nothing in the Software, its documentation, its marketing, or its support channels constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security or to pursue any trading strategy, and none is implied. The Software's signals, filters, and automated orders are the mechanical output of rules you chose to run; they are not individualized advice and do not take your personal financial situation into account. For advice about your situation, consult a registered investment adviser, attorney, or tax professional.
No guarantee of profit is made or implied. The Company makes no representation that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses of any kind. Many users of trading systems lose money.
**Past performance — whether real or simulated — is not indicative of future results.** Markets change; a rule set that was profitable in one period may be unprofitable in another. Any performance figures shown to you (including your own simulator statistics inside the product) describe the past only and carry no promise about the future.
The product's Simulator mode produces simulated results, and any backtested or replayed results are hypothetical. The following disclosure accompanies any simulated or hypothetical performance presented in or in connection with the Software:
THESE RESULTS ARE BASED ON SIMULATED OR HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS THAT HAVE CERTAIN INHERENT LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE THE RESULTS SHOWN IN AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, THESE RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, BECAUSE THESE TRADES HAVE NOT ACTUALLY BEEN EXECUTED, THESE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER- OR OVER-COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED OR HYPOTHETICAL TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.
Additional product-specific limitations that apply to simulator statistics:
markets, slippage, partial fills, and missed fills occur and are typically adverse.
internal model ("synthetic" pricing, labeled as such in the product); model prices can diverge materially from market prices.
impact of financial risk on your own decisions — the ability to withstand losses and adhere to a program despite losses are material factors that can adversely affect actual results.
Automated trading adds risks beyond those of manual trading:
missed exits, wrong-sized orders, duplicate orders, or other unintended behavior.
market-data feed, or the broker's API may fail or deliver stale data at any time, including while you hold positions. The system displays data-health warnings, but no warning system is perfect.
unexpected prices by your broker, particularly in fast markets and at the open and close.
attempt an exit, not a guarantee of the exit price.
on positions while you are not watching. Automated protections (stops, loss limits, time exits) reduce but do not eliminate this risk.
while it is armed, for keeping your computer running and connected during market hours when positions are open, and for using the kill switch / flatten controls — which close all positions and halt trading — whenever you are in doubt.
